September 27 – 28, 2014

David Lam Campus of Douglas College,

In the late 90’s, early 2000s’s Rick Laing of Ridge Meadows Search and Rescue hosted a series of SARex meetings. These were training events, meetings and presentations that all SAR teams in BC were invited to attend. We would like to resurrect that tradition.

The conference consists of a day of meetings and presentations at the David Lam campus of Douglas College, followed by a day of training and outdoor exercises.

All 14 teams from South West BC are invited to attend (Sea to Sky and Fraser Valley Region):

  • Pemberton SAR
